    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the modern part of the city. The location was perfect, with several new department stores nearby and a subway right next to the hotel. I loved that I could easily walk to the large Armada mall in just 10 minutes across the footbridge, and the metro station was only a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs promptly and professionally. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and I appreciated the little extra touches like gifts on my pillow and dual power outlets that were convenient for my American electrical devices.

    I was kinda surprised by the interior of the hotel. The floral arrangements in the foyer were fine and added a touch of elegance. The staff were very good with their level of service and assistance. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, it reminded me of sleeping in heaven. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

    We had an really good stay in this city. The hotel's best aspects were the convenient location to the metro station by walking a few minutes, the variety of shopping centers nearby, and the cleanliness of the rooms. the hotel facilities were great, and the staff was very helpful and cute.

    Loved my Xmas stay! The complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate by the fireplace were a great way to start the day. The hotel is perfectly located, close to a shopping mall and local restaurants. The gym and spa facilities were amazing!

    Hated that the pool was too crowded and the music at the rooftop bar was a bit too loud for my liking. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

    This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, offering various types of massages, a sauna, steam room and a Turkish bath. the indoor swimming pool was so serene, making it hard to believe that this hotel was located in the business district. the restaurant served excellent dinner and breakfast, with many options to choose from.

    The only minor issue I encountered was with the private facilities. the foot massage chair in my room was not working properly.

    Friendly Staff and Great Amenities

    The hotel had friendly staff, always ready to help with directions and recommendations. The gym and spa were great, with lots of equipment and facilities to enjoy. The outdoor smoking area was also a nice touch and a good place to relax. Location was convenient for shopping and dining.

    Although the amenities were great, the room was not always as clean as I would have liked. It seemed a bit cluttered in some areas of the hotel, making it feel crowded at times.

    Located near various shopping centers, including the Armada mall that's only a 10, minute walk away, this hotel offers a convenient base for those who love to shop. the proximity to the Metro station is also a plus. the rooms are well, appointed with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and large closets. Enjoy the excellent selection at breakfast, with omelets made to order. Guests can also take advantage of the gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and spa treatments.

    Beware of miscommunications with staff regarding borrowing items from the business center, as it may lead to confusion and inconvenience during check, out.
